AI TOP STORY

Is This The Beginning of The End for Ad Agencies?

Meta Is Working On AI That Runs Your Ads Solo

Imagine opening up Meta’s ad manager and being told: ā€œJust upload a product image and your budget - we’ll handle the rest.ā€

That’s where we’re heading. Meta just pulled the curtain back on what might be one of the boldest plays in AI-powered marketing to date. By the end of next year, brands on Facebook and Instagram will be able to generate entire ad campaigns. Visuals, copy, targeting - just by feeding a single product photo into the system. No agencies, no spreadsheets, no late-night strategy calls. Just AI doing the heavy lifting, end to end.

For marketers, this announcement is somewhere between thrilling and unsettling. On one hand, the sheer efficiency of it is hard to ignore. Campaigns that might take weeks to concept, build, and launch could now be spun up in minutes. Meta’s tools are being designed to interpret your goals, your audience, your budget, and your creative assets, and then serve personalised ads to the right people across their platforms.

That said, Meta’s message to agencies has been a cautious ā€œyou’re still needed,ā€ pointing to strategy, creativity, and brand direction as irreplaceable. But when the engine is building and steering the car, how long until the navigator gets sidelined?

Agencies are watching this closely, and investors even more so. After the announcement, shares in the major holding companies started to wobble, and not without reason. When AI makes it this easy to launch performance campaigns, the value of traditional services starts to look a lot less untouchable.

Still, the flip side is small and mid-sized businesses, which have always been constrained by time, budget, or access to agency resources, are suddenly holding a key to enterprise-level marketing tools. It levels the playing field in a way that wasn’t possible even a year ago.

Meta isn’t just selling ad space anymore; they’re building full-stack marketing machines, accessible to anyone with a product and a few bucks to spend.

This isn’t some hypothetical future. Meta is dropping billions (somewhere north of $60 billion this year alone) on the AI infrastructure to make it happen. So whether you're excited, skeptical, or somewhere in between, one thing’s for sure: the age of DIY marketing just got a major upgrade, and everyone in the industry needs to pay attention.

UpGrow is an AI-powered Instagram growth platform built to help you attract genuinely interested followers. Since 2016, it’s become the go-to tool for creators and brands who want to grow fast, stay compliant with Instagram’s rules, and skip the fake followers and sketchy automation.

It’s not about vanity metrics. It’s about building a real audience that actually cares.

Here’s How It Works

It acts like your personal outreach team, networking, 24/7.

Why It’s Useful

For marketers tired of empty follows and lifeless engagement, UpGrow acts like your always-on growth team. It automates outreach, optimises your profile, and connects you with followers who are actually likely to convert.

ONE QUICK AI HACK

How To Make Your Own Custom Font With ChatGPT

If you’ve ever spent way too long scrolling through font libraries trying to find the one, this hack is for you. With just a single reference image and a few smart prompts, you can train ChatGPT to generate a completely custom font tailored to your brand, your vibe, or whatever look you're going for.

No design software, no font marketplaces, no fluff. Just fast, AI-powered typography.

Here’s How:

Step 1: Upload a Font Reference
Start with a clear image of a font you like—or use a letter from your own logo if you want it to match your brand.

Step 2: Ask ChatGPT to Analyse the Style
Describe what you like about the font. Let ChatGPT break down the key elements. This helps guide the next design steps and ensures the recreated font stays true to your vibe

Step 3: Get a six-letter preview

Prompt:

ā€œUse this image as a reference and recreate a full font in the same style. Start with a six-letter preview.ā€

Step 4: Iterate Until You Like It
Didn’t nail it the first time? No problem. Ask for tweaks or different variations until it looks right.

Step 5: Generate the Full Alphabet
Once you're happy, ask ChatGPT to finish the full set of letters.

Step 6: Apply It to Graphics
Upload an image and prompt:

ā€œUse the custom font you generated and apply it to this graphic with the following text: [insert text].ā€

Use it for carousels, reels, covers, or wherever your content needs a unique visual edge.

It’s fast, branded, and 100% yours.
