Smart Integrations That Actually Save Time
OpenAI just launched a new set of ChatGPT features built to close the gap between where work happens and where you interact with AI. Instead of treating it like a tool you visit, these updates turn ChatGPT into something you can actually work through.
What’s changing is that ChatGPT now understands the environment you’re working in, not just the question you’re asking. It can now connect directly to your cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, SharePoint, and OneDrive) so when you ask it to summarise a report, pull the latest deck, or compare drafts, it’s working with your actual materials. You still need to give it direction, but these integrations minimise the context you need to provide, as it already has access to what you're referencing.
Another feature being rolled out is the capability to record meetings. You press record, and it transcribes the conversation. It’ll break it into clean, timestamped sections, and pulls out action items. The audio is deleted once the transcript is complete, and everything is governed by admin-level controls; so it’s designed with team use in mind.
If you use HubSpot, ChatGPT now can also integrated with your CRM data. You can ask how a campaign performed last quarter, where leads are dropping off, or which deals need attention, and get direct, usable answers pulled from live data using the deep research model.
What makes this possible is OpenAI’s move to position ChatGPT as an interface that works across your tools, not just alongside them. It brings together voice, vision, memory, code interpretation, and now enterprise integrations in one place. As a result, it’s becoming harder to ignore and increasingly inconvenient to work without.
With hundreds of millions of users already inside the ecosystem, these new integrations give ChatGPT an edge no other AI tool has. Context, reach, and the momentum of real daily use. It’s a meaningful step toward making AI genuinely useful at work, not just for isolated tasks, but as part of the systems, habits, and tools you already rely on.
The result is less time setting things up and more time getting actual work done. Fewer tabs, clearer insights, and a single interface that understands not just what you're asking, but why.
These features are available to ChatGPT Plus & ChatGPT Pro users when using deep research - with the exception of it only being available on Team, Enterprise, and Edu plans in the following countries: EEA, UK, and Switzerland.

Waxwing is a new AI-native research platform built for teams who need speed, structure, and real context behind their thinking. It’s part LLM, part search engine, and part knowledge hub—designed to help you go from prompt to publishable insight without bouncing between Google Docs, chatbots, and tab overload.
At its core, Waxwing turns complex research tasks into structured, editable documents. You give it a brief or research question, and it pulls from trusted sources (web + academic), drafts responses with citations, and gives you full editing control before anything goes out the door.
Structured, not sloppy – Outputs aren’t freeform text blobs. Waxwing organises responses into well-formatted memos, briefs, or content blocks you can actually use.
Built for teams – Multiple collaborators can review, edit, and publish within shared research threads. Think Notion meets AI meets editorial workflow.
Citations and sources baked in – Everything Waxwing generates is traceable, with source links and version history to keep outputs grounded.
Web + knowledge graph – It doesn’t just pull from the open web—it builds and reuses internal context over time, so answers get sharper as you go.
Fast from draft to deliverable – You can export research straight into decks, docs, or CMS-ready formats. It’s made for real-world output, not just ideation.
L’Oréal is building its entire global marketing engine around AI. Through its new in-house lab, CREAITECH, the brand is now producing 50,000 images and 500 videos a month using Google’s Imagen 3, Gemini, and Veo 2. These assets are tailored for 20+ markets and deployed across TikTok, in-store displays, and paid media. Turning what used to take weeks into a matter of days.
For marketers, it’s a clear example of using AI to scale creative production while keeping quality, speed, and cultural nuance intact.
CREAITECH turns text prompts into launch-ready campaign assets using:
Imagen 3 + Gemini for high-quality, localised brand visuals
Veo 2 to animate those visuals into short-form video
Tidal, an agentic media tool, to automate and optimise ad buying
Early tests showed a 22% boost in efficiency and a 14% lift in performance. Every asset is run through L’Oréal’s internal review system. No AI-generated people, no cutting corners.
This is what it looks like to build AI into the core of a global marketing workflow. Fast, flexible, and built to scale.
ANISH SINGH WALIA - How to shift from outdated SEO tactics to AIO strategies that make content visible and relevant in AI-driven search.
This prompt is designed for those who want a fast, focused snapshot of which deals in the pipeline are most likely to close based on data already tracked in HubSpot. Instead of scrolling through dashboards or filtering spreadsheets, this prompt turns ChatGPT into a deal triage assistant, surfacing the most valuable opportunities and making it easier to focus your team’s time where it counts.
It leverages Deep Research mode to pull live CRM data, calculate likelihood to close based on deal stage, activity, and historical performance, and present findings in a structured, actionable way.
Prompt:
You are my AI sales operations analyst. Use live data from our HubSpot CRM to help me understand which active deals in the pipeline have the highest likelihood to close this quarter.
Aggregate the following:
All open deals currently in the pipeline
Their forecasted close dates, deal size, and stage
The latest activity on each deal (meetings, emails, notes)
Any historical data that may indicate similar deals closed successfully
Then, using that data, give me:
A ranked list of the top 10 deals most likely to close, with a short rationale for each
Any deals at risk of slipping or stalling, and why
Key recommendations for where the sales team should focus attention this week
Format the output as a quick internal report with:
Headline summary (2–3 sentences)
Ranked list with short blurbs
A section for risk deals
A final bullet list of action items
Use a clear, operational tone—as if this is being shared with a Head of Sales during a pipeline review. If helpful, explain your thought process before listing the final report.
