AUTOMATE & STREAMLINE DATA SHEET CREATION WITH AI

Step 1: Automate Data Collection in Google Sheets

  • Utilise Zapier to automatically import data into Google Sheets from various sources:

  • CRM Systems: Sync customer or sales data from platforms like HubSpot.

  • E-commerce Platforms: Import product or order information from Shopify or WooCommerce

  • Analytics Tools: Gather metrics from Google Analytics or Facebook Ads.

(Bonus Tip: Use Google Forms or Typeform to automatically populate Sheets with user input)


Step 2: Connect Google Sheets to ChatGPT

  • Set Up a Zap in Zapier to send new or updated rows from Google Sheets to ChatGPT:

  • Trigger: New or Updated Row in Google Sheets.

  • Action: Send Prompt via ChatGPT.

Sample Prompt:

  • Add a Step in Zapier to write ChatGPT's generated content back into a new column in the same Google Sheet.

Step 4: Review and Refine

  • Examine the Generated Content in Google Sheets for accuracy and tone.

  • Adjust the Prompt in Zapier if necessary to improve future outputs.

Step 5: Export and Distribute

  • Export the Data Sheet as a PDF: In Google Sheets, go to File → Download → PDF Document.
